Has your garden been visited by some unwelcome critters? Chipmunks raiding your birdfeeder, deer munching on your roses, rabbits eating your lettuce? If you're looking for a way to keep the animals out of your garden, Frame it All has a great solution - the Animal Barrier kit. This customizable animal barrier fence can be added to nearly any Frame it All design, providing a sturdy barrier to keep out those pesky critters. The kit includes everything you need to build the fence, and it's easy to add on to an existing Frame it All design. So if you're tired of animals pilfering your garden harvest, give the Animal Barrier kit a try. It just might be the solution you've been looking for.
Our animal barrier kit is made with a rigid mesh netting and stainless-steel framework so you don’t have to worry about it rotting or rusting overtime. In addition to this, the kit will also come with a 4ft swinging gate section for easy access to your garden. If anything happens to your animal barrier you don’t need to worry because it comes with a 1-year warranty too!
The 2ft-animal barrier kit can be installed on any Frame it All 2ft board. If your garden design uses multiple board types, you can also connect this animal barrier kit in with our 4ft straight & curved animal barrier kits. Frame it All’s animal barrier kits are full modular with each other leaving you with endless options for garden protection. If you are looking to install an animal barrier or veggie wall onto a terraced garden design, try out our Terrace Connectors . These connectors will allow you to install these accessories across terraced sections.
If you are looking to install this animal barrier kit directly into the ground, you can do that too! Just purchase four Stacking Stakes per animal barrier kit that you are installing into the ground. The poles of our animal barrier will insert into the top of these stakes giving you a strong and durable fence.
To keep out larger animals like deer, stack our animal barrier kits 2-levels high. This will give you a 4-ft high fence that will deter nearly any animal from accessing your garden bed. Our animal barrier kits come with all the parts you need to stack them on top of each other so no ‘jimmy-rigging’ required!
If you’re looking to create a custom garden with a complete animal barrier, try out Design it All , our 3D design app. With this tool, you can drag & drop boards to create whatever design you can think of. You can even put animal barrier sections on your design with this tool as well. And the best part is, when you finish creating your design, you can export it directly to checkout so you can feel confident that you will have all of the necessary parts to build your dream garden!
Studies have shown that deer will avoid jumping into enclosed spaces if they can help it. Although deer can jump over traditional deer fencing, if the fenced section is small enough, they will usually choose to not jump into it. By surrounding your garden with animal barrier fencing, you’ll be able to dissuade this prevalent nuisance.
Here’s a note from Anthony on why he designed this product:
“My goal with this Animal Barrier kit was to allow the user to do anything they wanted with it. Stack it higher to keep out larger animals or directly into the ground for non-raised bed gardens. By allowing the animal barrier poles to insert into our stacking stakes, we achieved a super tight animal barrier that small animals can’t crawl under. The fence is literally as close to your garden as possible because it’s attached directly onto it.” – Anthony
Please note that this 2' Straight Animal Barrier Kit with integrate with our newly sized 20.75 Inch Straight Timbers. Our new length timbers will be slightly shorter and with this major update, we’re bringing more designs that will work flawlessly with the new length.
All orders shipped out after June 4th, 2021 will be of new length.

EVO 100 Waterproof Solar Powered Digital Hose End Timer (Tap Timer)
DIG's EVO100 is a Hose End Tap Timer with a 3/4” female thread inlet and male thread outlet. Power is derived via a patented, time-tested internal photovoltaic module and microelectronic energy management system that is fueled by the surrounding ambient light (solar). After being charged, this efficient energy system provides enough power for the timer to function at any time, night or day, and in any weather with no direct sunlight required. This energy system also makes the timer environmentally friendly, functioning only on clean renewable solar power without the need for a backup battery or AC power.
The EVO100 features a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and simple icon-based programming with weekly or cyclical programs, four start times per day, durations of up to six hours, program delay of up to 99 days, system off, manual operation, and a sensor wire connection to accept a rain sensor.
Features
Product specifications
Programming options
The EVO 100 is a single zone hose end electronic irrigation timer that is easy to install and program. The patented energy management system derives power only from ambient light which is collected by a small built in photovoltaic module. This energy is then stored in long-life super capacitors. There are no batteries to install or replace, and no external power supply is required. The timer has a quick-release swivel female hose thread inlet fitting and a male hose thread outlet.
Before you start programming, the timer will need to be charged for one to two hours in sunlight to get up to full power. Once it’s full though, as long as it gets around 10 minutes of ambient light per day, it will stay at full charge.
The EVO 100 is a light-powered maintenance-free timer with no batteries to replace or charge.
1. Install the timer to the faucet by turning the female inlet fitting clockwise until hand tight. The female inlet has a screen washer so, do not use any wrench to tight the unit . For BSP thread models wrap TEFLON tape on each of the male thread fittings used.
2. Turn the water supply on. The timer will open momentarily and then will shut off. Note: If it does not, push the manual operation button twice to ensure that the timer is closed.
3. If the timer is installed with a drip irrigation system, make sure to install a 150 mesh or higher screen filter to protect the drip system, then add a 15, 25, or 30 PSI (1, 1.75, or 2.1 bar) pressure regulator, followed with a swivel adapter to the drip tubing.
4. Test the timer using the manual operation button located below the display. Press the button to open and start water flow. If connected to a sprinkler or drip system, check that the system is working to your satisfaction and that there are no leaks. Press the button again to turn off the unit.
5. Program the timer.
Review the instruction manual included with the unit for details.
If a rain sensor or other closed contact sensor is used, cut the yellow wires and add the sensor per the manual, sensor instructions, making sure to use a waterproof wire connection.

About the Raised Bed Drip Kit
DIG Raised Bed Drip Kit is specially designed to water planter boxes or vegetable gardens planted in rows. The kit contains 50’ of 1/4” dripline with .52 GPH @ 15 PSI or .65 GPH @ 25 PSI drip emitters every 9”, providing up to five lines, with each line up to 10' long (up to 150 sq. ft). The kit can be expanded to cover more than 700 sq. ft. using up to five kits together or expanding the kit using additional 1/2” drip tubing as the supply line, along with additional 1/4” drip line. The kit includes a 3/4" backflow preventer, 3/4" 25 PSI pressure regulator, 3/4" swivel adapter, 50' of our premium 1/2" drip tubing with .600 ID x .700 OD and all the necessary parts to complete the installation.
Start the kit from a faucet or garden hose
1. First review the area to be irrigated and then make a drawing of the garden or site with your preferred layout.
2. To automate the system, install one of DIG's hose end timers (not included) after the backflow device.
3. In the installation stage, to the faucet, first connect the backflow device, then the pressure regulator and then the 3/4" swivel adapter with the 60 mesh screen. If water quality is a concern, we highly recommend using a fine mesh 3/4" filter with 155 mesh (model D57A), not included with this kit.
4. Lay out the 1/2" drip tubing per your drawing and along each planter.
5. Near the corner of each planter cut the 1/2” drip tubing and connect a 1/2" tee. To the tee, connect an additional length of 1/2" drip tubing and raise the drip tubing to the top of the planter. To install the 1/2" compression fittings, cut the drip tubing with a hand pruner, being careful to keep dirt from entering the line. Hold the compression fitting in one hand and the drip tubing in the other and force the drip tubing into the fitting by wiggling it from side to side. Make sure that the drip tubing is pushed into the compression fitting for about 1/2" to 5/8" for a very tight fit. No glue or clamps are required.
6. To the end of the drip tubing, connect a 1/2" elbow and to the 1/2" elbow, connect a short length of 1/2" drip tubing. Lay out the 1/2” drip tubing perpendicular to the planter’s rows and to end of the planter. This is the main water supply line for each planter.
3/4" FHT x MHT pressure regulator: downstream pressure preset to 25 PSI
7. Near each row, punch a hole into the side of the 1/2" drip tubing and insert a 1/4" barb.
8. To the 1/4” barb, connect the 1/4” drip line with drip emitters every 9” and lay out the 1/4" drip line beside the plant rows a few inches past the last plant in each row to compensate for temperature changes that may affect the length of the drip tubing. Do not extend the drip line beyond the recommended layout of 28' in length
9. Secure the 1/4” drip line, using the 1/4" stakes included.
10. Turn the faucet on and flush the line for a few minutes to clean all debris that may be trapped inside the drip tubing or the drip line. Then shut off the faucet and close the end of the 1/2” drip tubing using the 1/2” hose end and the 1/4” plugs included with the kit.
11. Pressurize the system again and make sure that the system is working correctly and no leak appears.
Note: To expand the kit we highly recommend continuing with the same model drip line. Review the instruction manual included with the kit for complete details.
Using drip irrigation, water first thing in the morning before the temperature begins to rise. This will allow excess moisture on the leaves and top soil to dry before fungal and other diseases can develop. The most common cause of early plant death is over watering. Using drip irrigation can help sustain healthy plants by applying water directly to the plant root zone when and where it is needed. For established plantings, deep, infrequent watering is recommended. In most cases deep watering will encourage deeper rooting, which leads to stronger, healthier plants.
Sandy soil or light textured soil: Water percolates straight through before it can spread far enough horizontally, so use the drip emitters in close spacing of 10" to 12" apart. Apply water at close intervals such as every other day for 20 to 90 minutes depending on plant size and type, daylight conditions (full sun, partial sun or shaded) and weather pattern (cold to hot) with the plants under full sun in hot conditions getting the longer period.
Loamy soil or medium textured soil: This is the ideal soil condition with water moving slowly and spreading evenly, so use the drip emitters spaced 16" to 18" apart. Apply water at wider intervals such as every two to four days for 15 to 90 minutes depending on plant size, type, daylight conditions (full sun, partial sun or shaded) and weather pattern (cold to hot) with the plants under full sun in hot conditions getting the longer period.
Clay soil or heavy textured soil: Water is absorbed very slowly, so install the drip emitters at a spacing of 18" to 24" apart. Apply water at longer intervals such as every three to five days for 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on flow rate, plant size and type, daylight conditions (full sun, partial sun or shaded) and weather pattern (cold to hot) with the plants under full sun in hot condition getting the longer period.

This customizable fence can be fitted onto nearly any Frame it All design, making it easy to create a space that's both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This tool will allow you to build your garden right on your computer and then drag and drop animal barrier sections onto. Once you’ve fully surrounded your garden you can send the complete part list to checkout to purchase your complete animal barrier.
Many deer experts agree on the notion that deer will not jump over a fence if the area inside is too small. When they can help it, deer will avoid jumping into enclosed spaces. What this means is that by surrounding your garden with fence section directly around the perimeter, deer will be deterred from jumping over and into it.
Here’s a note from Anthony on why he designed this product:
“With the addition of our curved animal barrier kit, the Frame it All fencing system is now completely modular! We have an animal barrier kit for any board shape and size and the best part is they are all modular with each other! Now you can protect beautiful curved designs like the Versailles Sunburst or Roundabout!” – Anthony

The consarcpowercables ‘Terrace Connector' is used to connect the framework of Animal Barriers and/or Veggie Walls located onto Terraced Raised Garden Beds; which are a series of connected beds each one taller and deeper than the one alongside it.
To protect your hard won produce from being decimated by garden pests, mount an Animal Barrier onto each of the raised beds. Even though each section of framework is at a different height to the next you can easily connect them with our Terrace Connector.
A Veggie Wall doubles the growing area of a terraced raised garden, enabling you to grow vertically. If you attach a Veggie Wall atop an Animal Barrier you further increase your vertical growing area and also protect your mature garden produce from marauding garden pests.
The Terrace Connector attaches to the framework of a section of an Animal Barrier or Veggie Wall then securely clamps onto the framework of the adjacent section to ensure a strong, durable connection.

Every season can be prime growing season for any gardener when you cover up your plants in our simple cold frame. We can help give every seedling in your vegetable garden the best chance of life by covering them in our PVC sheeting design that allows for optimal ventilation and insulation, no matter what season you're planning to grow in.
No matter how small or large your vegetable box is, our DIY cold frame stands at 36in. high at the top of the frame to help protect your plants, mulch, or compost. With zippered windows that may be opened for ventilation and are made using a sturdy steel frame that's suitable for any season, so you never have to worry about any hinge rusting or corroding over time.
Build a cold frame to protect everything around your garden today and make sure you've your plants covered throughout the year.
Many gardeners use a cold frame to protect their plants from frost in the winter months and extend the growing season for their vegetables, herbs, and plants. You can build a simple cold frame using our kit that provides ventilation on warm days while giving your delicate plants the protection they need to thrive during fall and winter.
Our cold frame is built to control the ambient temperature to look after the plants inside a cold frame, no matter what gardening season it is. With the right protection, your plants will get enough light on warm days without overheating, and won't freeze over the colder months -- it also means that you can grow certain plants out of season with the micro-climate the cold frame creates.
Our kit contains everything you need to put your cold frame up, apart from the raised bed you will need to attach it to.
Our expandable cold frame is the perfect addition to your garden to help protect tender plants from frost. Whether you want to lock in as much warmth as possible throughout the winter or let in light on the warmer days to keep your plants alive at the end of season, a cold frame gives you much more control.
Regulating the temperature inside, our three feet high cold frames protect your delicate plants and create a secure structure around plants that you can easily open and close depending on the weather.
You can use cold frames to extend your gardening season and grow a variety of plants that normally wouldn't survive in harsher weather conditions, turning your gardening hobby from a warm weather affair, to something you can successfully achieve all year round.
The cold frame greenhouse is the perfect partner for our raised garden beds, no matter which size you’re going for:
Micro-climates allow you to grow plants that are outside of your growing zone or season. A combination of a cold frame, an insulated raised bed, and a protected location may allow you to create a climate many degrees higher than the outside temperature. Try growing plants that don’t typically thrive in your area. Protect plants that don’t generally over-winter well by placing them in the cold frame until spring. Experiment and save money by growing your vegetables and saving plants that would typically have to be replaced.
Here’s a note from Anthony on why he designed this product:
"I love how our cold-frame greenhouse attaches directly onto my raised bed and enables me to start my plants earlier in the spring. On the opposite side of the season, I’m able to grow well into the fall and during mild New York winters even grow cool season crops like lettuce and spinach!” - Anthony

Create the perfect growing conditions for vining plants and increase your available growing area by 200%! Make the most of your garden when planting crops like tomatoes, peas, beans, and cucumbers which can take over your garden quickly and become a jumbled mess, leaving your vegetables susceptible to rot, mildew or neglect.
The consarcpowercables Stack & Extend Veggie Wall frame is made from durable stainless-steel and the nylon mesh is strong enough to support heavy fruits and vegetables like beef-steak tomatoes, cucumbers or melons.
Harvesting and plant maintenance are a breeze. No crouching or bending necessary when tending to or picking your plants.
As shown, your Veggie Wall contains two 4ft x 6ft hinged panels providing 48 square feet of trellis area. The hinged panels allow you to use fully extended to a width of 8 feet, or angle on a corner. With multiple kits you can stack an additional 6ft high for a total height of 12ft, or extend the width in 8-foot increments.
The Veggie Wall can also be used to create privacy screening. In many newer townhome or subdivision complexes there is little to no fencing to create a sense of your own private space. Enjoy backyard entertaining this summer without feeling like the whole neighborhood is watching you. For this application, fast-growing flowering vines like clematis, morning glory, or scarlet runner bean will create coverage (and beautiful flowers) in no time.
Did you know? Vertical gardening makes it easier to water your plants properly (and potentially less often). Since your plants are not sprawled on the ground, the water you supply will go directly into the soil, rather than sitting on top of the leaves (potentially scalding them), before the water ever reaches the roots. Keeping water off your vegetables is also important to prevent rot and diseases like powdery mildew.
Easy to disassemble and store if you choose to remove during the fall and winter months.
The consarcpowercables system of modular raised garden beds, borders, sandboxes and accessories was designed by our founder, Anthony Topping. As a professional landscape designer who spent many years creating high-end gardens in the Tri-State New York area, he felt there had to be a way to give homeowners the ability to easily create quality landscaping features and gardens for much less than paying a professional.
Here’s a note from Anthony on why he designed this product:
“The Veggie Wall was actually my first product design concept – even before the modular raised beds. I was inspired by Mel Bartholomew’s ‘Square Foot Gardening’ method and wanted a product that would help people grow more food in less space - vertically. After designing our patented raised bed garden brackets, I realized I wanted the vertical garden to integrate with our raised beds and other accessories like the Animal Barrier and also have the same stack and extend function as our modular beds - which led to the product we have today. A system that makes the best use of a garden space and can integrate with the Animal Barrier to keep animals out of my prized crops!” - Anthony

The consarcpowercables Animal Barrier creates a customizable, animal-proof protection zone for your fruits and vegetables. Traditional deer fencing (or garden netting) looks unsightly and does not allow easy access to your plants. It rarely lasts more than one season, requiring the purchase of replacement bamboo stakes and fabric netting that will deteriorate in the elements.
This is one of the more popular accessories for our composite raised garden beds and has a 1-year warranty. The gated stainless-steel frame and heavy-duty rigid plastic mesh is built to last and won’t flop, rust or rot. The easy-access gate makes it simple to tend to your garden without leaning or reaching.
As shown, the consarcpowercables Stack & Extend Animal Barrier kit will protect a 4ft. x 4ft. garden to a height of 2 feet. Small animals like rabbits, cats and dogs are easily deterred at the 2-foot height. Purchase multiple kits to expand the protection to any dimension, or stack to any height.
On a recent trip to the Pacific Northwest we noticed in many neighborhoods that people are planting vegetables in their front yard because often, large evergreen trees in the back of their property prevent enough sunlight from reaching sun-loving plants like tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, peas, beans and corn.
If they want to grow more than just salad greens, it’s become necessary for many to take their gardens into public spaces. Backyards are often fenced, but the front yard is an open invitation for animals to saddle up to the buffet. Our Animal Barrier’s sturdy design and premium materials will allow you to protect your garden while maintaining your home curb appeal.
With multiple animal barrier kits, your options (and benefits) are endless. Stack them high to grow tomatoes or corn, and you’ll also enjoy the additional support our rigid frame provides for your tall (and top-heavy) plants. Next season, if you want to plant a low-growing crop like strawberries, you’ll have several kits to use to extend for a long row of berries. The stable frame will allow you to easily connect bird netting over the top to keep out birds too.
Did you know? In a single night deer can destroy your carefully tended garden, ravaging months of hard work in your vegetable and flower beds.
Experts agree that the most effective method of deterring deer is to enclose your yard with a tall barrier; though even with traditional deer fencing around the perimeter of your yard, you cannot prevent deer from leaping over it and landing safely on the other side.
Deer are well known to avoid jumping into a tight enclosed space and so by protecting only the plants you need with an animal barrier, it is measurably less likely that deer will attempt to jump into the enclosure.
Here’s a note from Anthony on why he designed this product:
“Options for deterring animals are often flimsy and unsightly. I wanted to create a strong and sturdy product that would fit neatly around the area you want to protect. The consarcpowercables animal barrier provides the homeowner with the flexibility to increase the barrier’s height or extend the animal barrier as needed, to protect their plants and to deter animals in their garden. Since the animal barrier attaches to the raised bed you don’t have to deal with the problem of weeds and grasses growing through the netting, making mowing and maintenance difficult. Finally, after watching my own mother struggle to enter her garden through traditional netting, I knew it was very important to include an easy-access gate for the animal barrier to make it easy and safe to tend your garden.” – Anthony
